3 cups lettuce (Iceburg)
1/2 small avacado (cubed)
1/4 cup shreadded carrots
1 shallot(green onion)chopped
a sprinkle of garlic powder
a dash of lemon/pepper seasoning
2 chicken breast tenders (grilled and cubed)
1/4 cup canned green salsa
Grill 2 small chicken tenders and cut them into cubes and place aside.
In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of iceburg lettuce, 1/4 cup shreadded carrots, 1 green onion (chopped), 1/2 of a small avacado cut into cubes, sprinkle with garlic powder and lemonpepper seasoning.
Add the chicken and top with 1/4 cup canned green salsa.
