Ingredients:
1-48oz. Jar Great Northern Beans
1-28oz. Can Bush's Original Baked Beans
1-15oz. Can Pinto Beans, drained
1-15.5oz. Can Manwich
3 tbls. Prepared Mustard
3 tbls. Ketchup
1 dash Liquid Smoke
1 tbls. Molasses
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbls. Minced Garlic
1 tbls. Tobasco
1 tbls. Frank's Red Hot
2 tbls. Cayanne Pepper
1 med. Onion, coarsley chopped
1-lb. Hamburger
8 slices Bacon
1 boneless pre-cooked Porkchop, diced 1/4 inch
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine the first 13 ingredients in a medium to large crockpot and to simmer or lowest possible setting. Coarsley chop the onion and add to hamburger as it browns in a heavy skillet. While the meat is cooking, prepare the bacon. Any variety of pre-cooked works very well as it only takes a few seconds to nuke. Chop or crumble the bacon, have your porkchop diced and add with the drained hamburger to the beans in the crockpot. Let simmer for about an hour. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. If you are adventurous, add more of any of the three sources of heat.
