2 14 oz cans of artichokes, drained and chopped
2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 4 oz can chopped black olives
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Paprika and cayenne pepper to taste
Combine artichokes, cheese, olives, mayonnaise and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in very small amounts of cayenne pepper until desired heat. Spoon into shallow baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
