Ingredients:
125 g. Margarine
125 g. Castor sugar
2 eggs
150 g. self raising flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix for 2-3 minutes. Bake on middle shelf for 15-20 minutes.
