Ingredients:
2 cups, diced potatoes
1 (20 oz bag broccoli cuts)
1 cup diced onion
3 cubes, chicken bouillon
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/3 (2 lb box) Velveeta cheese
5 cups water
Preparation:
1. Cook the first 4 ingredients in 5 cups of water for 30 min. 2. Add celery coup (do not dilute)and stir. Heat several minutes until smooth. 3. Add cheese just before serving.
