2lbs ground chuck, beef or turkey
1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup
4 large white potatoes
1 package velveeta cheese or sliced cheese
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Boil white potatoes until soft/ready. Cook meat in skillet. When meat is almost ready mix in 1 packett of lipton onion soup. Drain fatty oils from meat, but keep a some for flavor. Mix white potatoes, meat, and cream of mushroom soup into casserole dish. Place cheese on top in slices. Cook in the oven until cheese has fully melted, and enjoy.
