Note: When using a springform pan, wrap tin foil all along bottom. When using regular pie pans, this recipe will make about 2 pies.
Crust: Melt butter and add crumbs and sugar. Press into a 9" springform pan. Chill for one hour and continue to next step.
Filling: Beat eggs in softened cream cheese one at a time. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Pur into chilled crust. Bake at 350o for 50 mins. Let cool for 20 mins. Then add topping and bake 10-15 mins. at 450o.
