Easy Pea Salad
1 lb. Frozen Baby Peas
5 oz Sweet Pickle Relish
2 Stalks Celery-Diced
2 Whole Dill Pickles-Diced
1 Small Jar of diced pimientos-drained
10oz Cheddar Cheese-Cubed
1/4 Cup Sweet Yellow Onions-Diced
1/4 Cup Green Onions-Diced
2 Boiled eggs-chopped
1/2 Cup Salad Dressing
Put all ingredients except salad dressing in a large bowl, stir until well mixed.
Add salad dressing and stir until creamy.
Refrigerate for at least two hours.
Serve chilled, and enjoy!
