1 lg. bag of Broccoli flourettes
2 cans of cream of celery
1 lg. pkg. velveta cheese
4 cups Minute rice (servings for 4 on box)
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts; cooked, and torn into pieces
Pre-heat oven to about 375 degrees. Cook rice, and broccoli seperatly, as package instructs fvor each. Mix all cooked ingredients together in large bowl. Add the 2 cans of cream of celery (do not dilute). Put mixture into casserole dish. Slice Velveta into about 1/4 in. slices and place on top of the casserole mixture evenly and completly cover. Place in over for about 10-15 min (until cheese is melted)- watch carefully because it might not take that long in your oven. Remove and serve! Enjoy!
