2 tablespoons Honey-style sweetener (eg Maple Syrup)
2 1/2 cups thawed and drained frozen unsweetened Blueberries
1 package Mori-Nu Silken Tofu
In a blender or a food processor, combine all ingredients. Whip until smooth. Serve chilled.
